Our
history
Yvonne
Caddell, President of Cooperative Exterminating, Inc., is a second-generation
pest control company owner. Founded in 1972 by her parents, James
and Mae Dugger, our independently owned company was originally established
to help solve pest problems in the Atlanta area.
Now,
32 years later, we serve some of the largest commercial businesses
in the area as well as thousands of residential customers. Many
of these customers began using our pest control services when the
company began and continue today.

You can reach us in person!
Our
company is large enough that we can serve a wide metro Atlanta area,
yet small enough to provide personal attention. In fact, our phones
are answered during business hours by one of our friendly staff
- no answering machines! In the unlikely event that our customers
have a complaint, it is handled within 24 hours! Our owners become
personally involved in our service and are available to help answer
questions and solve problems. Call 770-427-4292.

Cooperative
people working for a common goal. . . a service that says we care
We
care about you, our customer. That's why we do whatever it takes
to make you happy with our service. Our entire business depends
on referrals from happy customers so we stand ready to serve our
customers in the best way possible.

At
Cooperative Exterminating, we guarantee all pest control work and,
if you have a pest problem after your regularly scheduled service,
we will return to take care of the problem. We'll do whatever it
takes!

We are environmentally sensitive.
The
pest control industry as a whole is aware of the delicate nature
of the environment and has made great strides to develop materials
that work in harmony with nature. Our first line of treatment is
to inspect and treat from the outside to stop any pests from entering.
If necessary, we will carefully treat the inside of your home or
business as well.
